Breakdown: Clean and beautiful place, did not get the nail designs I wanted. 6/10 --- While the overall experience was ok, I did not get the nail designs that I wanted. I wanted holiday-themed nails: Peppermint swirled nails, Christmas bows, and Reindeer. The only one of those I got was the reindeer. The nail tech, Sam, told me my nails were too small for a peppermint design (I asked a different tech after the fact, and she disagreed), Sam coughed on me several times, and her lines are neither straight nor do they connect. Her attitude wasn't great either. She stressed me out, she seemed impatient. It was my first time ever getting my nails done professionally, so overall it wasn't a great experience. First time I have ever went back to have my nails fixed. On day 3 they were lifting I asked for ombré pink and white. My hands were all cut up and I got this ugly nude color. I paid a lot. As I was leaving after they ‘fixed’ them the man who I assume was the owner yelled at me enjoy my free nails. I paid for them.

Love this salon. I have had great experiences with them! I saw Sam today and she did a great job taking the time to listen to what I wanted and they turned out beautiful! Will be back!

Jenny is absolutely amazing. She really understood what I was wanting I came in with 4 of my real nails gone because they broke in half. She took the time to put acrylic tips on them and shape them like my natural nails. I wanted a design I found on Pinterest but she encouraged me to get flowers and boy was that a good choice! My nails are so pretty and feel so strong. If I could give Jenny 6 stars I would. 🩷 UPDATE: Jenny did amazing on my Christmas nails for December 2025. Love her!!! ❤️

Really disappointed with my builder gel experience. I had my nails done there once before by Lisa and those turned out great, I was thrilled. Went back in for a fill and they put me with Ryan (Lisa called out. I should have just rescheduled) and my nails literally point every different direction, they’re lumpy and super misshapen. I won’t be returning. I should have had them removed before I left.
