This was the worst experience I've ever had getting a fill-in. The technician was friendly, but that doesn't make up for lack in skill and me having to stop my service. This is today the day I got my nails done from the picture. As you can see the nails are lumpy and drilled down almost through my nail bed. Instead of removing polish before fixing it he applied 2 extra coats of gel polish. I was gone leave it looking a mess ,but I really didn't want to walk around with my hands looking like the polish was gone slide onto the floor. He knew it needed to be removed, but waited for me to say it. Then nodded and said I know way too much polish right. He proceeded to remove the polish which involves more drilling on the dab of the little bit of acrylic he used for the fill which is crazy be

Good afternoon I am the client from Friday who received services for a cluster medium set to be done due to my own lash tech not being available. However the services I received was horrible. A bunch of glue that was gucked all together all over my eye lids. Caused irritation to my eyes making them heavy and red and the glue was hard as rock. I am REQUESTING my refund of 35.00 back immediately or I am going contact the better business bureau to report your business and contact the health services. And after the salon sending me a king through text asking for my review of services they was displeased and personally texted me which was very unprofessional.

DO NOT DO IT!!! The owner burned my thumb with the nail file….. I read a review on here that one lady said the same thing honestly I think she did it on purpose. Oh Moon was wonderful on my feet…thank you! I won’t be returning!!! If I could give a zero stars I would….disgusted!!!

They did absolutely amazing I got a full set and pedicure cat eye as well as a eyebrow wax and tint by lee 😍😍😍will definitely be back

Came to get my nails done, showed a picture of what I wanted before we even started and she said we could do it we were at the design part and they didn’t look good which is fine but then I said I would do regular French tip but they needed to be fixed because I could see the tips of my nail and the base was clear which if anyone gets French knows that’s not correct. Then I told her it needed to be fixed she proceeded to argue with me telling me what I wanted was ugly. The WORST experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had as a person that used to get there nails done every 2 weeks for 6 years. I would never recommend to a friend matter of fact I would go out of my way to let people not to go there. I also would like to add I’m not controversial at all and I usually don’t even say anything.
