I visited this nail salon for the first time and it will definitely be my last.I went with CHOW, I asked for a very simple round shape, yet the result was disgusting and extremely disappointing—especially for an $85 service. The nails are uneven, bent upward, and not properly buffed or shaped. On top of that, my cuticles were overworked to the point where they were bleeding from the sides, which was painful and unacceptable. I politely asked the technician to fix the issues, but she continued speaking in her own language in a way that felt rude and unprofessional, making the situation very uncomfortable. Overall, the service was careless, painful, and disgusting, and absolutely not worth the price. I would not recommend this salon.

I’ve been coming to this salon consistently for a year and have always had good experiences, which is why I’m disappointed to write this. Unfortunately, my most recent appointment did not meet the standard I’ve come to expect. I was kept waiting for about 50 minutes past my appointment time, and several customers who arrived after me were taken before me. While the staff did apologize, there was no adjustment or acknowledgment beyond that. Additionally, the technician who worked on my nails seemed visibly frustrated throughout the service (sighing and huffing), which made the experience uncomfortable and took away from what is usually a relaxing visit. In addition, the technician cut my finger using the nail file, which caused it to bleed and by the time I left the salon it was throbbing

One of the worst pedicures I’ve ever gotten. Didn’t file or cut anything. The massage was lackluster at best; it felt more like a light tickle than a proper pampering. When it was time for polish, Dave didn’t even bother to clean up around the edges. Stevie Wonder would have done a better job. $50 down the drain. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, wishing I had just done it myself at home. I can’t believe I paid for such a lack of service.

I had my first experience at Vivi nails over this past summer and I have been back ever since. I live 30 minutes away so I go monthly and my gel manicure and gel pedicure last perfectly all month. Love this place!

I have been going to John and i absolutely love how my nails come out every time! Buttttt....i also get pedicures there and its the worst ive ever had EVERYTIME! I took my daughter for a gel pedicure. Yuki was working on her and i said specifically at least 3 times gel. She didnt listen and just "yesed" me while proceding to give her 1 coat of regular polish then tells me its bumpy bc she had gel on her toes before ( her toes werent done prior) She has also done the same to me previously when i didnt want to pay extra for gel on top of my $60 spa pedicure i was getting. It sucks because ive been a loyal customer since they opened (I was a teen) and even returned after moving out of state for a couple years but its obvious its time to move on because i leave angry everytime.
