Vivian Nail Spa Springfield

I have been going to Vivian’s for about 3 years. I always have good service no matter who does my nails. I was most recently serviced by Tina and she cut my cuticles way too much and cut me multiple times while filing my nails. I was bleeding and she did not offer an apology or even really acknowledge the fact that I was bleeding even after I pointed it out. I understand wanting to get the correct shape but she did not have to keep sawing at my nails and skin to get it. I didn’t want to fight for a discount considering how many good appointments I have had with other amazing technicians, but I really think they need to own up to their mistakes when accidents happen and know how to treat a customer when there is something wrong. Sad to leave this review as I love many of their other technic

Don’t go to Julie!! I originally asked for red French tips. As you know French tips are round but she did them squared instead. I didn’t like it at the end so she removed it as quick as possible. During my visit she nicked me, she left one of my fingers all clumpy and the “square” shape I asked for wasn’t square at all. All of the ladies were whispering to each other when I asked for my design money back. Horrible attitude, horrible nails, horrible place. Save yourself time and money. I attached the picture of the design I wanted.

I love coming here cause i found the right person to keep up with my strong nails she is very gentle she keeps up same technique and does very gentle soak off of the gel so doesn’t damage my nails i love her work i recommend her she does amazing work mostly natural nails i love her Bella love her so so much she the best im so happy 💅🏻💅🏻💅🏻❤️ thank you Bella

I came here two times for pedicures, the first time the experience was good , however my nail tech left me to go get food and did not say bye nor any communication. She just literally left my nails to dry and left. Second was yesterday, my cuticles are cut up badly, and it was obvious the nail tech was very aggressive even with the massaging and handing my service. I also have a problem with they never cut my nails short enough. Why are we leaving 2-3 inches of nails if i asked for short? I am a younger person in my 20s and I feel as if my experiences is always different from my mom’s who I come get these service’s with. Like they are lousy just because I am not an older woman. I do not expect top tier service from shops like this but I am mad that most experiences end this way when these

Horrible experience! Nails were fine but came in for a fill . Got charged $85 for a FILL! I paid less for the full set smh! Claimed it was gel and I never get gel overcharged and refused to admit it even though another worker said it was supposed to be $40+ charge for French tip. Never going back! Rather give my money to fair company. Smh! Never again
