Lynelle is very attentive to what you like in your haircut and she does very smooth beautiful layers. My hair has the nicest shape now- love it!!

I typically don’t get haircuts because I don’t really trust people with my hair, but I heard good things about Vivid so I gave it a chance. I saw Lynelle for a much needed trim and she was AMAZING! Lynelle is so friendly, she listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely go back to Lynelle and recommend her to anyone!

My experience with Vivid Beauty Salon was extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially given the high hopes I had based on their website and recommendations. I had planned a special mother-daughter hair appointment for my daughter's 13th birthday, expecting professionalism and care, but those expectations were far from met. On the day of my appointment, Cayla canceled due to car trouble when I was two blocks away from the salon, despite having a strict cancellation policy for customers. She only offered to reschedule me for another day, disregarding the fact that I had two appointments with Vivid Beauty Salon. Liz Foster- Liz is amazing! She is very easy to talk to and fun to be around! I have only had one appointment with her so far but it feels like she’s been doing my hair forever. I have naturally dark brown-black hair and when I asked her to transition me to a blonde hair block, she gave me this REALLY cool calico color blend to start off with so it doesn’t damage my hair. She has a way of making each step of the process its own look so it feels intentional.
