Vivid Nail Salon

Please do NOT go to this salon. 1. It is not clean and 2. The manicurists are rude. My mom and I went to get our nails done and while the manicurist was doing my mom’s feet, she told her she was using the tool to clean her nail too hard. She then shouted “Ok!” at my mom in a scolding manner. My mom had to tell her that’s not the way to speak to someone. She shouted at her again when she asked her to put more design on her nail. My manicurist picked my finger hard with the tool and it started bleeding. When I informed her of this, she did not say sorry. Regarding the dirty environment: the tub to wash our feet in was dirty - it was only after my mom called it out to them, that they brought a spray to clean it. The floors were not swept as well. I love it here! This business has been here for over a decade. It's a staple. They work with their customers and have made themselves members of the community.

ABSOLUTE TRASH. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The only male nail tech in the salon (wears black circular glasses) worked on my fill-in set. I showed him a picture from Pinterest of the exact nail design I wanted. At first, I thought he knew what he was doing—but I was wrong. When my nails finished drying, I looked and saw they didn’t match the design at all. I calmly told him I wasn’t satisfied, and he asked, “How can I fix them?” I replied, “You’d have to paint them over.” Instead of doing that, he started aggressively filing my nails and hurt me multiple times. I told him he was hurting me and even pulled my hands away. That’s when I said, “I’m not satisfied with this—do you have someone else here who knows how to do nail designs?” I even pointed to the exact picture I had shown him from

Love this place ! I can’t speak on acrylic jobs because I only get my natural nails done, they prep it so nicely. And the gels they use are so professional, even after weeks when the polish chips the nails still look good. This place is out the way for me and it’s still my go to :)

A great nail salon. I was soo happy when the nail tech knew how to do the design I wanted. Especially when I literally walked out of 4 other salons for the lack of knowledge or the want to try and do it. But today when I needed the pampering glory of my bi-weekly trip 😒 I was left feeling disrespected. When my girl is there, I'm there but if not just know that I'd you even make a statement that remotely makes them feel a way, they will sit there and speak about you 🙅🏾‍♀️😫 still tipped $10 because she did a great job, but left without my pedicure 😞
