I truly cannot say enough good things about Olesia. I’ve been getting my nails done with her coming up on a year now and I will never go anywhere else. First of all, the work she does is amazing and high quality. Secondly, she has such a high attention to detail, I never leave unhappy at all. Third, she’s such a sweet person and is genuinely interested in how you’re doing. We have such good conversation when I go! Also, I find her services extremely reasonably priced. You will not find this quality and pricing anywhere else in Raleigh. Coming from someone who never thought they would be regularly getting their nails done, I genuinely can’t imagine not seeing Olesia regularly. Feeling good about my nails has improved my confidence! I recommend her to every person I know.

I cannot reccommend Olesia enough! She provides high quality manicures and has such an attention to detail. I will never go to a typical salon again! She has a wide range of colors and styles to offer. She keeps her suite neat and clean, and had every you may need to be comfortbale for the duration of your appointment! She even has an iPad set up with hundred of movies for you to choose from! It truly is a 10 out of 10 experience!!

I’ll start by saying the work itself is immaculate. The attention to detail is absolutely there, and the results are consistently beautiful. However, the customer service is noticeably lacking. Throughout the appointment, there’s very little verbal communication—mostly prompting noises instead of full sentences when directing hand placement. There’s minimal eye contact, no real conversation, and the overall demeanor feels cold rather than welcoming. I noticed there wasn’t even a simple “thank you” or “have a good day” upon me leaving until I reached the door (which is literally 2 steps from the chair). I couldn’t be happier that I found VIVID Nail Studio! As someone who bites their nails, going to a new salon can feel really intimidating—but I was drawn to this place after seeing how beautiful and clean everyone’s nails looked in the photos. I also tend to pick the skin around my nails and used to stress about trying to clean up my cuticles before appointments. From the moment I met Olesia, she was so kind and never made me feel self-conscious.
