First time here and I’m really glad I came in. Heather took such good care of me. I came in with nails that needed fixing from another salon and she didn’t make me feel bad about it at all. She just got to work and made them look beautiful. She also did my pedicure and let me choose exactly what I wanted without trying to upsell me on anything. I’ve been on my feet all weekend and her massage was exactly what I needed. I left feeling relaxed and actually happy with my nails for the first time in a while. Heather is kind, professional, and really listens. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I can't recommend Vivid Nails enough. Vanessa is absolutely fantastic! I bring in design ideas and she takes it and transforms them into something better. I always get a ton of compliments. She and her team really care about providing the best service!

Had a great experience at Vivid Nails & Sa. Pax did an excellent dip manicure with art-so happy with it! My pedicure by No was very relaxing and the gel polish looks amazing! Pricing was clear and easy to understand. Confirmed before services were started. Perfect start to my beach vacation!

Heather did so good! Very friendly staff and clean business. Depending on the longevity of these nails I definitely plan to be a repeat customer. They got me in early too. Best first experience at a nail salon I have had! $60 for these was a very fair price as well. Edit: Longevity was only a week before I started having lifting.

I had my second appointment today with Vanessa Vo however she was delayed by working on some nail artwork... I was disappointed. BUT! She referred me to Tralyn Le! And She Is Amazing! I've had my nails done for years and I am going to say this is the Best they've ever been done by anyone!! She took her time on my cuticles (which is important to me) and shaped my nails perfectly. The pictures are my real nails. Another great experience again at Vivid Nails with many professional staff to accommodate the customer. Thank you, Trayln Le!
