VK Nails

Horrible and homophobic! came in as a guy to do my nails, pretty regular thing to do, and was made fun of and treated with disrespect by Helen and the short little man up front. She tried to hide the prices when I asked how much so check your bills !!!! rushed doing my nails talking and laughing with the other employees. When she said she was done with my gel manicure it was still wet and had bumps and lumps and was literally wiping off she laughed. Horrible service !!!!! Don’t spend your money here. Your better with press ons from temu. So unacceptable.

Needs a second review. Just got cat eye acrylic and my eyebrows done. I have thin hair and its extremely easy to mess up eyebrows up, but not at vk nails! Also the new cat eye collection is to die for! My nails look like some cat galactic ocean, undertone black, so its giving midnight ocean vibes!!!! Ty so much for always making me feel like a diva!

Shame on you VK! I spent $91 last Saturday and another $20 today, 8days later, for the same awful streaky nail polish. Different colors and yet the same results. I’m so mad and disappointed! Will be coming to have it removed tomorrow and be done with you guys. It’s not ok!

I had the worst experience at VK Nails. I went in for a basic French manicure and pedicure, but the technician couldn’t even do a simple French tip correctly. It was messy, uneven, and honestly, just disappointing. I then asked for a basic one-tone polish, and they couldn’t even do that right! The polish was thick and uneven, so I had to go back for them to fix it. Unfortunately, they were unable to do a simple clear coat without making it look clumpy full of bubbles and poorly done. To make matters worse, I wasn’t the only one upset. There were elderly customers in the salon who were also voicing their complaints, and instead of addressing the issues professionally, the staff was actually rude to them. They accused one elderly woman of having “bad nails” and blamed her for the problems.

NOT HAPPY with my experience. Pedicure was rushed, it last every bit of 15 min. Had to apply lotion to my own feet while I was there bc my feet still looked and felt dry. My nails were not worth the money at all. I came for a refill. This was my 2nd visit here. Nail foundation was not consistent and the color application was rushed and just not neat as I’m used to. People were nice but I won’t be returning.
