I had my hair done by Joseph and Lydia and they were both absolutely amazing. They paid close attention to detail, listened to exactly what I wanted, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. On top of being super talented, they were also really funny and welcoming.The whole vibe was positive and inclusive. My knotless bohemian braids turned out beautiful, and I’ve been getting compliments ever since. Thank you ladies!!

I called before coming, and they didn’t hesitate to take me in. When I got there, I mentioned that I had to leave by a certain time. The girl who was doing my hair was nice, but she worked very slowly. I was only getting a bob-style boho, medium size. I arrived a few minutes before 10 a.m., and my hair wasn’t finished until almost 5 p.m. What frustrated me most was that I kept pleading with them to help her finish faster since I needed to leave early, but they didn’t seem to care about customer service. Not one bit of effort was made to accommodate me. Meanwhile, they had two people working on another person’s hair who walked in after me. I was sitting there nearly in tears because I had to leave early to make it to my son’s birthday party. My whole point here is that they should care ab

I had a recent appointment here and unfortunately my experience was not the best. First, the hygiene standards concerned me. The stylist appeared to have a cold and was blowing her nose into her shirt during the service. She was not wearing a mask and did not use hand sanitizer, which felt very uncomfortable for me as a client. Second, the braiding itself was extremely tight, especially at the back. I mentioned this to the stylist during the appointment, but nothing was adjusted, no lotion, no loosening, and no attempt to redo the section. I suspect there may have been a language barrier, as I don’t think she understood what I was saying. By the time I got home I was in a lot of pain and had to take painkillers. I love coming to the this salon because my experience is lovely here. I get my hair done by Lydia and she is the best she always does my hair I've been going to her for 2 years and a half now.
