VMC Spa Pro Nails

Christy did an amazing job on my nails! She was professional, patient, and paid attention to every detail. My nails look absolutely beautiful and feel so natural. The whole experience was comfortable and welcoming. I will definitely be booking with her again!

First time here. Not a great experience. Went in for a regular manicure. My cuticles needed some care. The lady used her nails a lot, to remove excess nail polish, to push my cuticles back, to peel some of my excess skin around nails and it hurt a lot. Her nails were pretty sharp and im pretty sure you dont use nails to push cuticles in. Now the skin around my nails look really bad and chipped. I've added some photos taken right after the manicure and I dont think this is how my nails should look after a manicure. Also the place was not too clean. The pad they asked me to rest my hand on was very dirty with stains from previous manicures I assume.

Questionable that they add on the very bottom right hand corner on the opposite page of their menu that adding gel is an additional $18 for each a mani and pedi. The options for mani and pedis are on the top left hand side no where near this - so be careful. It took them ~2 hours even though we just immediately walked in and sat down. We just paid almost $200 with tip for the classic mani pedi with gel for two people. Had no prior polish except a tiny bit on the tips on my big toe nails and none on my boyfriend. The nail tech he had felt like she was making fun of his choice to paint his nails. Laughing once he told her what he wanted and turned to her coworker to talk about it. Which lol what - brushed it off but it happened again when someone else came around asking if we were getting m

Customer service here needs serious improvement. We asked for a basic pedicure and were immediately pushed to upgrade to gel. I politely declined more than once. After that, the technician’s attitude noticeably changed. My pedicure was rushed and felt incomplete, while my daughter—who agreed to the gel service—received much better treatment and more time. That kind of behavior sends a clear message that customers are only valued if they spend more money. That is not how a professional business should operate. Because of this experience, we will not be returning.

Been going to Kristi for years. She is amazing for nails and pedicures. Ivy and Lee also do great pedicures as well . Now my whole family comes here. Best salon in pflugerville .
