V&Mi Nails Spa

I have been coming here throughout my college years (5 years) and have always had an amazing experience. I got placed with Nina once (almost 3 years ago) and never looked back. I always come in with crazy ideas (hand drawn stars and hearts), and she always goes above and beyond my expectations. Would highly recommend this place and to always go in with inspiration pictures!

idk what these reviews are on about , v&mi is that place. queenie in particular is a queen and has never once failed me. every time i go to her she always nails it 💅💅💅 don’t be lying on my girl. she is not rude and doesn’t treat people like garbage. queenie is amazing. it’s hard enough working at a nail salon in boca…. i wonder why. anyway, 5/5 stars.

I love coming here, I moved to Boca a year ago and I won’t go anywhere else. I usually come see Jenny she’s so thorough and takes her time, always does an amazing job! Everyone here is great and the place is very clean. 10/10

the nails came out great and the shaping is nice if you look past the cuts. i was cut on the side of my finger when my nails were started and was told it was my fault because my nails were old. i’ve been getting my nails done for 8 years in another state and have never had an issue. after that i got cut 9 more times on 7 of my fingers & the nail tech shook her head everytime she looked at the underside of my nails. she also didn’t even bother to wipe the blood before painting my nails & some of them have bubbles near the bottom now. this place looks nice and i’m sure there’s some talented nail techs here but this one seemed to be in a rush and just needed to cover herself for cutting me so many times. her name was nina i think but her hair was covering her name tag the whole time

I’ve been coming here for 10+ years and honestly will not be returning. Horrible customer service. I went there today for a basic gel mani and pedi. The tech Leila got upset because I kept asking for a color that matched the color they had in the book that they make you pick from. She gave an attitude several times which is very unprofessional, so I asked her to stop, got up and left. Still paid for the poorly done pedicure and left with no polish and messed up finger nails. Owners were up there with no care or interest in the situation. Keep your money and go elsewhere!!!
