Kim is the best ever. She does amazing acrylic nails and she is a total sweetheart. She will also listen to you talk and offer great advice no matter what the topic..I just love her. ❤️ So does everyone else so at times she can get booked really quick!

I went in as a walk-in to see if I could get acrylic fills. I honestly did not expect to be able to get in. There were three customers and three techs. They did take me in and the ladies were all very nice. The tech who did my fills did a good job. The reason for my 2-stars is the price. I should have been charged $25, per their posted price list, but I was charged $40 for acrylic fills. This does not include the 20% tip. Will this be my regular nail salon? No. Would I use them again? Only if I was desperate and they were able to take me immediately.

Everyone at the salon is very kind. They are very accommodating and clean. I got a pedicure first then asked for the same color for my manicure, only in gel. There was a mix up with a shipment they got and the gel color I chose for my nails was labeled wrong. I didn’t notice the difference in color until after my manicure was done and I showed the nail tech and the manager. They asked me if/how they could fix it. I said it was okay because I had to leave at that time. They apologized and discounted the service for the inconvenience. I asked if I could come back the next day to get it changed to the regular polish so it could match my pedicure. They scheduled my appointment for first thing that next morning at no charge. My mom, aunt, and I have been coming here for years. Kim is always so friendly and kind, and she will always fit you in when needed, she also does the best nail art that lasts! You won't be disappointed!

It is 2:45 in the afternoon and two people were getting services done. When I walked in he asked how he could help me. After I said I needed a pedicure and a manicure he told me that they were so busy for the rest of the day and they couldn't take anyone else. It's too bad because I've been going there for years and never been treated so badly.
