I noticed this salon when walking on Lex one day and decided to give it a try. I was thrilled to find out they had very flexible availability. Upon getting my hair dyed and glossed a red- brown, I couldn’t have been more happy with my decision to come here. The staff is wonderful- very helpful and courteous. My stylist today was Umut and he exceed my expectations. I am so glad to have found a quality salon. I will be returning again!

I have been coming here since 2022 while I was doing my Residency at Lenox Hill Hospital. Voance hair salon has always accommodated my crazy schedule of being a surgical resident and has supported my hair needs keeping me looking fabulous throughout my stressful journey. They even did my hair for my Residency Graduation and I looked great! I love this place and all of the staff members. Not only did I always leave feeling more confident with my hair, they always suggested products that were specific for my hair needs. Rasheda, the owner of the Salon, is also amazing. She’s professional, transparent with her pricing and up to date with hair trends, etc. I love this place and even after relocating practices to FiDi & Midtown, I still come back to UES for all my hair care needs. This place is not only so affordable but the best service. All of the ladies who work in the salon are so helpful & sweet. Rasheda, who does my hair is an absolute angel. I get the Brazilian blowout and with my curly hair it makes it perfectly straight and last for months! Will not be going anywhere else ❤️

I chanced upon Voance in dire need of a last-minute blowdry. Rashida asked me to try Umut who was new, and after hesitating, I obliged. Umut did my hair beautifully and was really nice. I also got a Keratin treatment. I went back when I tried to book a block away and didn't hear back from another hair salon, while Voance called back and took me in right away. This time I asked for Umut and he was so happy to do my hair. He did a fantastic job. I have paid double the price in my older salons and they have not done as good a job as Umut. He asked me to trust him and he spent so much time on it, make each strand beautiful, and the next day I am still rocking the style. He has me as a customer for life!
