The staff were nice, but they didn’t seem experienced with the cat eye technique. My gel polish had to be redone twice, and the appointment took over 2.5 hours. At the end, Venessa redid my nails but worked on three at once, so the cat eye effect looked messy and uneven. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

This place is a rip off. First of all my nails look weird. She did Jaxx on me and the nail is just way too wide. It looks so strange. $85 for gel X. Never again! Then the lady doing my pedicure decided to massage my feet for $20 and charge me. She never asked me if I wanted extra massage. I was on my phone not paying attention and next thing you know she charges me for extra massage. I repeatedly said to them you should ask first. And they never acknowledge it. They just kind of ignored me. I wish I would have read the reviews before stopping here. Note to the manager: if these ugly nails start popping off- you will reimburse me immediately!!!! No thanks. There are too many wonderful nail salons out there. Never Again here.

I will start with - people are super nice. But! Meni pedi and skin removal were beginner level. Place was packed so I went in to try it , but if I was local I would definitely try another place. If the owner read the reviews, I hope for you locals she will change it.

Not only is this place absurdly overpriced for the quality of work - I paid $175 + tip for Gel X nails and gel pedicure - but I’m appalled that they have the audacity to charge this much and do a terrible job. Within 2 days of getting my nails done, two of my Gel X nails popped off. I had to go somewhere else and pay additional money to fix them. Today, another one randomly popped off. This is absolutely unacceptable. They obviously don’t care about doing a good job or this wouldn’t happen. If you’re going to charge insanely high prices, then, at the minimum, you should ensure that your clients get BASIC results where nails aren’t popping off left and right. So disappointing.

They have done a great job every time I’ve gone in. My short GelX nails always look natural and last for weeks. Great color selection, nice ladies, and they are gracious with walk-ins. I drive from East Hollywood to get my nails done here.
