I originally followed my stylist from Salon480 across the street, where the environment was often loud and overcrowded, which sometimes made appointments less enjoyable. In contrast, Volt has been a breath of fresh air. After several appointments over the past year, I can confidently say this salon feels like a sanctuary—clean, peaceful, and truly welcoming. It’s the perfect place to relax and leave feeling your best.

I’ve been going to Natalie Fernandez for over 4 years now. I first came to her after trying to do it bleach retouch on myself at home (oooof). She was able to save my hair and get me back to a healthy baseline to go towards platinum. Nat has always made appointments feel so welcoming and exciting. She’s full of great knowledge and always wants to keep the integrity of my hair intact. I value the time she puts into educating herself in the industry. The hair stylist which I got was not well trained and my experience was bad 😭.. I went to get a keratin treatment and gloss treatment and hair trim.. The service was average, 1. The keratin treatment took 10 min which was so strange for me. The gloss treatment was just applying a cream from a unpopular brand 2.The hair trim had unfurnished feeling 3. Even after normal hair wash and conditioner my hair feel so healthy but after so much treatment felt oily 4.i had to ask the hair stylist to apply serum on my hair as it was so rough and bad in the end. Would recommend this place only for hair trim bad experience
