I was able to make an appointment one hour before I came in. Very quick and efficient service, the hairdresser gave me exactly what I asked for (layered bob cut with highlights). Great value and so convenient. Cut and highlights totaled $130, no hassles, no frills, and no need to wait 2 weeks (or months in some cases) like some other salons.

The hairstylist was skilled and worked quickly. They were flexible with scheduling matters. Something nice was that they’re very sociable and can keep a conversation going but they can also recognize if a client doesn’t really want to chat and let the client be. I had issues with other aspects. A new person was doing the washing and blow drying for my hair. They cranked up the heat to max and kept it super high even though I told them at least 3 times to turn it down and had to start moving away in those 4 or so minutes. The heat was kept high almost the entire time. Why were they in such a hurry to dry it? It was painful and apparently burned my hair. Someone told me one side of my head looks like it has split ends from burning. :(

The man always gives me a great haircut. I look like a gentleman. He is fast too. He works Saturday and Sunday. Miss Von Pauli is very nice too.

I like the service there. They wash your hair first, not like other place only spray your hair to get it wet. Pauli is a very good hair designer. She has lots of pictures. She is very patient. I will definitely recommend this place.

The owner is super social and active. She's great with the hair cut and style. Reasonably price for basis haircut.
