They did such a great job! I’m from out of state. I called ahead two days before and made the appointment. They were well staffed and got me right in. My lady took nearly an hour to give me a really great pedicure with the best massage I had in a looooong time. What a treat for only $50! The lady sitting next to me dressed like what I picture a Chicago lady to look like (bold blush, hair almost in a French roll, bigger earrings) sat next to me. She had her nails done on her fingers and toes is a pretty Christmas green. She said she had been coming there for 14 years! Her hands and feet looked to be in excellent condition. I think that speaks very highly of the business.

Charged me 98$ for a french tip and a pedicure, the nails were horrible and lifted. They did not give me a pedicure, they never put my feet in water or used lotions they literally just painted my toes. When I pointed out that my nails were separated from the acrylic she super glued the space between the acrylic and my real nail. Ive gotten my nails done for years and none of this was done correctly. They didn't even clip my natural nail before gluing on tips. Plus the dryer they used was literally burning my nails under the light, I pulled them out because I could tell it was damaging my real nails. I was so shocked I just wanted to leave. I could not recommend this place to anyone. It was very dirty, we were treated rudely, prices seemed totally arbitrary, and a poor, rushed job was done on both of us. They didn't bother to shape my nails at all, just ran a rough file over the ends and left all my nails jagged and uneven. When I mentioned it, they made a half-effort to fix 1 nail and left the rest looking terrible. Very disappointed.

Their prices always change. I always get the same style of nails. Coffin type just different colors, but why is my price changing. I’ve been to them about 3 times and realized it. Some nails would be different sizes and shapes than others. I’ve seen good reviews and bad so idk if they like who they like. I’m a nice considerate, generous person so I’m not sure why they didn’t like me. Also go to who did your nails first. Some of them aren’t good like the others. Meaning the stylist.

Today was the fourth time I’ve been to this nail shop and it’s most definitely my last. I called for an appointment and arrived at the time I was told they would be available. I asked for a regular manicure with the same color as was used for my previous French manicure but minus the white tips. This was the first time I've ever had my nails done and not tipped the person who did my nails. If I had the time I would've stopped at another shop and had my nails fixed on my way home. They obviously overbooked so he was hurrying. He left my cuticles a mess. My nails aren't even smooth let alone the same length.
