My hair appointment was canceled on me right before my birthday … I found them on the internet and was so excited because we don’t have any walk in salons here in Rochester that does braids … thought I found a hidden gem. WRONG. The braider Bri/Bre had me in the chair for 5 hours just to play in my head ❗️❗️ Ruined my birthday ❗️❗️ 0/10 will not recommend will not be going back. Posting pictures of this so called smed knotless braids with big parts boneless braids just HORRIBLE experience and the owner tried to tell me that “she ran out of room for a 4th row” yea because she played with these big parts ❗️then tried to say it’s the standard “10 rows from ear to ear” which was not ❗️❗️I had 6-7 braids from ear to ear. SMH ❗️ 🤬

Walk in a mess, walk out marvelous darling, they offer multiple services and are very professional. The ladies also braid fast. Petra did my nails, such a sweet lady. They also offer complimentary beverages and snacks. You want that VP treatment, trust me! ☺️ Can’t wait to go back and get my braids.

Amazing experience! This was my first time and when I arrived, I was greeted immediately. I waited for about 2 minutes before being escorted by Petra to the pedi chairs where I was offered a snack and a mimosa. The vibes were beautiful and the customer service was excellent. While in the seat, I share this salon to my cousin and when I left, I shared it to my mom and sister. Go book your appointment because you won’t be disappointed!

Very nice salon, The ladies were very welcoming and pleasant. They offered drinks and snacks. They do very, very good hair and the nail techs are pretty good too. The only suggestion I have for the ladies is try not to use their phones as much, and if you are going to use the phone, at least use AirPods or a headset. It is very rude to talk on the phone While doing a client's hair, And even more rude to put the phone on the chair behind the client while you're talking on speaker, have just a little more consideration for your clients, other than that these ladies Are doing a wonderful job.

10 out of 10 walked in for BoHo knotless braids the ladies were very helpful my hair came out exactly how I envisioned. The salon was clean snacks on deck .. the good snacks too .. experience overall was amazing very professional well managed. I will be back soon :) thank you ladies you guys did that 💁🏽‍♀️
