10/10 experience! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was AMAZING, super friendly, welcoming, and professional. I came in with a specific design in mind and they literally had everything needed to bring it to life. The attention to detail was on point and you can really tell they use quality products because my nails came out flawless. The service was not rushed at all, and they made sure I was happy every step of the way. I also love that they offer both walk-ins and appointments, which makes it so convenient. If you’re looking for a nail shop that cares about quality, creativity, and customer experience, this is definitely the place to go. I’ll 100% be back!

Go see Paul! He was exceptional. I gave him some nail design ideas and then he showed me an idea and I love it. The business is well kept. I love that. Pricing was very reasonable. I did a fill-in design and a shellac toe polish change.There is a separate bathroom for men and women. I will definitely be back.

I wasn’t a nail girl until I stumbled upon VSL. My tech ( starts with an R but not telling you cause I don’t want y’all taking my appointments 😂) takes such good care of my hands and my nails. He also hit me hooked on designs, and I’m so glad he did. My nails ALWAYS look fantastic.

I came last week and get services done. Im a regular customer and never have any problems or issues with services or customer service by Ms.tweety or Ms.Nadia til this last time.I had my nails and feet done by young guy go by the name Handsome boy also goes by Ryan. He have cut my hand several times and laugh about it when I confronted him about it.Then when I get my feet done he drill and cut my toes and caused it to bleed and didn't bother to clean the cut or anythings. I ask him about it and he told me that it gonna be ok that my toes are still attached to my feet.his station was messy and dirty his pedicure kits was dirty and his tools wasn't sanitizer or seal. Now im dealing with infected toes from the cuts.Ms.tweety always take care and make sure im good every times I come there but

I absolutely love Spike!!! He always takes care of me in a timely manner while also making sure I get exactly what I ask for. LaLa takes care of my pedicure and she’s gives the best leg massage. Deena took care of me today and I couldn’t be any happier!!!
