V&V Nails

As per usual, I was caught needing my nails done in a new city. I checked the reviews and decided to try this place. When I initially arrived to get my nails done the lady with whom I was paired was quite rude and unpleasant. She clearly didn’t want me there so I asked for someone else. There was a lady sitting towards the front who actually acted like someone who wanted to keep the business going. Her name was Emma; she is either owner or co-owner. I asked when she’d be available. She gave me a time a little later on the same day. I returned and Emma was able to do my stiletto cateye nails sans issues. I was slightly obsessed with the look of the outcome: #8 over black and #6 over clear. Emma ended up apologizing for Miss Rude Gyal, albeit initially making excuses for her and say

I’m honestly so sad to write this because I used to love this salon. I’ve been here many times before and always had good experiences, so my boyfriend paid for me to get my nails done before our upcoming trip. Unfortunately, this visit was awful from start to finish. I called ahead around 2 p.m. on the 31st to make sure someone there could do nail art, since I know not every tech can. I was told yes, so I booked. Mai was amazing she did both my daughter’s nails and they loved them! My daughter came in with a difficult request and she delivered perfectly!!! Well definitely be coming back to her

I had Mai for my birthday nails. She was absolutely amazing!!! Service was amazing and she was so sweet! 10/10 would come back again

Lee is the best! She did a fabulous job on my nails! I will never go anywhere else! So friendly and efficient!
