Nancy is one of the best colorists in Richmond. I know how hard is to keep blonde hair healthy, but she make them look great all the time without the damage 💔 We tried multiple shades of blonde, but it always look amazing! Recommend her if you are looking for a great colorist in the area.

My friend had her hair done here, and honestly we’re very disappointed. The whole process took around 6 hours, which already felt unreasonable. At first the result looked okay, but about 4 days later, the hair started to change badly. The color became uneven and patchy, especially at the roots, and some parts turned brassy and faded. On top of that, her hair became extremely dry and rough, which shows something went wrong during the process. Spending 6 hours in a salon and then having the hair look worse just a few days later is very frustrating. This experience was a waste of time and money, and it’s not something we expected from a place that offers hair coloring services. I wouldn’t recommend this to others.

We had an amazing experience with Kathy and her staff this afternoon! We called and stated how we had a hair emergency for my daughter after a bad box coloring, and they said we could come in right away. They took the time to treat her hair thoroughly and get the correct color based on what she desired. The price was reasonable for her all over hair color, and they styled it nicely as well! We live about 45 minutes away in Goochland, but we will be back!

Amazing experience! This was my first time visiting Vy Vy after my friend Darlene recommended it! I got a balayage and the stylist who did my hair did such a good job. Really reasonably priced and great atmosphere! Best salon ive found in Richmond
