Vy Vy Nails

I just moved and was hoping to find a local nail place. I should have got up and left when the tech seemed flustered on how to remove dip powder properly. I had asked for navy blue coffin. When I saw the dip powder wasn’t navy blue I said I didn’t need dip and if they had a gel color I liked I’d take that. But I think she misunderstood me because she just proceeded with the powder and then did a layer of gel at the end. It was dark in the salon and I thought my nails looked bumpy but when she buffed them I figured they’d look okay. When I got into the light I saw how bad they were. I paid almost $50 for this manicure. I wish I had been more assertive because there were a lot of red flags from beginning to end. Love my nails my toes NO. She put the wrong color acrylic on my toes and I told her so but she said it was because I didn't get nails on my feet. As we're walking to the front we see the acrylic that was put on my nails still at her work station and she like oh that was the one but that I would have to pay another $35 to have that color. What how this wasn't my fault I already paid $85 for this. I felt like she should have corrected her mistake instead of trying to charge me. No I didnt tip her and No I don't think I will go back.

Took my 13yr old daughter to get mani pedis and the experience was nice... however a day later my gel nails just peeled right off my thumb my daughters nails were smudged. We went back to get them fixed and hours after we got home more nails peeled and her nails peeled we paid $120 w/tip for what??? That's why they're cash only so can't cancel your charge!! Just terrible!! DONT GO HERE ITS JUST A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!
