Trying to book an appointment today and had to leave a message. I got a call at 5:10p that I almost missed and the response over the phone was rude. I left my name, number and the tote of appointment I was looking to book. She barely enunciated her name enough for me to hear. I kindly explained I’m not sure what her tone was for, but I was looking to book what was mentioned in the voicemail. She says “Okay, have a nice day” and hangs up the phone. I definitely won’t be spending my money here anymore. If you didn’t want to speak to each customer to book appointments you all should’ve kept online scheduling. That was the downfall of your customer service from there. If you don’t mind being rushed and feeling like you’re bothering those you’re paying to service you, this is your place. Howeve

Every month I look forward to my appointment, Alessandra is extremely professional and I love the vibe of the salon. Everything is always clean and the location is extremely convenient. Your won’t regret!

I will not return here for services, thanks to the rude and snarky receptionist that took my phone call on today at 10:01am. She needs classes on how to handle customers. I wish I had her name so that I could post it in this review. People, please do not shop where you are treated like crap or your business isn’t appreciated!!!

⭐ 1 Star I had a 9:30 AM appointment and arrived just 3 minutes late after driving 30 minutes to get there. I waited at the front for several minutes, and no one came to greet me. Despite the small delay, the provider took someone else and didn’t accommodate me at all. I had to leave because I couldn’t wait—I had to be at work. Extremely disappointing experience and poor customer service. I don’t recommend.

I love this place. Their prices are great, its an all lady staff, very clean and professional.
