Double Booked I made an appointment with Ken and he was not able to do my feet because he said he was double booked and gave me to someone else I never met before. It was so frustrating because I made an appointment and still I didn’t get it done. When this place was Sky Nails I never had this issue. I am very frustrated. I’ve been a client for over 18 years. I think if you make an appointment they should honor it not tell you you have to go to someone else to finish.

Warning ********* Please save your money this place is a bad establishment they also don’t clean there manicure tools I saw with my own eyes one lady got her feet done and another lady came in and none of the tools were cleaned. Michelle that did my nails has a rusty nail clipper with all the over priced services they could at least buy new tools after awhile. I would never recommend this place. And the whole time they are talking about customers as they come in. Use translate it will recognize what they are saying if you don’t speak there language. Don’t talk about African American women that come in too spend there money thinking you an honest place. I hope this place closes down. Sky Nails in Ocala is the best place to go. Everyone does an excellent job at a very reasonable price. There is something for everyone.

I am extremely happy to have stumbled onto this place! The best pedicure I've had in Ocala and the most reasonable price as well! They truly care about your nails. My technician spent a good amount of time just fixing my ingrown nail. I hope she sees this and knows how appreciative I am!

This was my first time coming & they did such an amazing job! Ken was the one who did my nails & unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the young man who did my toes but both were awesome! I called this morning when they opened & they got me in so quick! I will definitely be back
