Awful costumer service! Been going here for over 20 years. I started a membership and shortly after found out I’d be out of state. I called and they said I could just freeze it till I got back. I assumed she froze it but apparently you have to do it in person. The manger was beyond rude she won’t let me cancel it unless I’m in person and will continue to charge me. I haven’t used their services for over a month. You’d think they would just freeze it to keep a costumer and start when I get back. So I will be changed all summer for a service I can’t use. I own a service business and it’s wild to me that someone would charge you for a service you can’t use and won’t let you cancel it because you’re not in town.

If you go at a reasonable time I always have someone greet me- check me in and is super nice. As long as you are nice, they will be nice back. I love a company that doesn’t let customers be mean to their employees. I’ve always had an enjoyable time. Results are subtle but they are there! You just have to build it up. Thanks for a wonderful experience the last 5 times I’ve been. The beds are great and it’s always clean.

Just visited this place for the first time and will definitely be coming back! Very clean and has great tanning beds. My favorite part was the lack of pressure to sign up for anything. I just chose what I wanted to do and moved on, other tanning salons are so pushy so this stood out!

I love this place! The beds are top notch and so is the customer service. Much love to Payton for being so kind and helpful for my first experience here especially when she had to close up in 30 minutes. I will be coming here regularly.

Nice clean place. Plenty of options as far as beds and options on plans, yearly, just once or a certain amount of times you can purchase at discount prices. Great results. Great peeps that work there... Wonderful place. love it. I don't go anywhere else👍
