Good shop! I had a bad experience with one of the owner’s employees. The owner was supposed to do my hair. I think she was tired and the other girl committed to doing my hair. However, she let me knew that she was tired too and really didn’t want to do my hair. I went there faithfully until the bad experience. The owner is nice. She always was to me! I also took my granddaughter here a couple of times with me until I found her a child salon.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at Wakanda Braiding Salon! I came in with a specific ash blonde blend in mind, and the ladies went above and beyond — they even went with me to the beauty supply store to find the perfect mix of colors! They had three stylists working on my hair, and I was done in just 5 hours for small, butt-length braids. The customer service was incredible, everyone was so kind and accommodating. Thank you, ladies — you did an absolutely beautiful job! I’ll definitely be back. 💕

My initial visit on November 30th was a good one. I got waist length small box braids for $265. I was in and out of the salon as their last customer in about 3.5 hours. When I went back for a re touch on December 31st is where the issue comes in. The cost of the retouch was half the original price which is $135 and retouch is to refresh braids in the first 3-4 rows around the edges and hair line all around the head. The braider only did as many rows as she felt like doing which is not consistent with how a retouch should be performed, skipping braids that were along the hair line with obvious new growth. When I noticed after my visit that my retouch was subpar, I reached out to the salon via phone I couldn’t get an answer, which was New Years Eve. I waited until noon New Years Day to retu

Okay this review is for the Metropolitan Pwky location. I been going here for a year to be exact. But the last time will be it for me. So I went to this hair salon to get smeduim boho knotless box braids. Everything was great until I got done. Now when I got done with my appointment, I was told to look in the mirror and see if I liked it. I didn’t, and mind you, this is the first time this has happened, my middle part was not in the middle it was on the side, and I told the braider I didn’t like it , and my middle part was off. She blew me off and used her come and parted my head & said it was right but it wasn’t. I went to the manager, and told her that my middle part was off and if her braider can redo it and she said yeah. She called the braider and asked her if she can she redo my part

This review is for the CAMPBELLTON RD location. I was able to schedule an 8 am appointment via text with CHAT who seems to be the one in charge. My appointment was during a weekday. We didn’t start till 9 am that day (I was understanding bc they had to do a bit of prep to begin braiding) but by 9 am we got to braiding and I was done by 1:30 pm. There were 2 Braiders on my head. I was very clear on what I wanted: bra length, smedium size knotless boho braids (no too much boho and not long bc of heaviness) ultimately I got opposite of what I wanted besides the boho braids (they were waist length, and TOO MUCH boho hair which made the braids heavy). On top of that my middle part was crooked! I was unable to see all this bc both braiders had my head going in various directions. I was hopef
