Waldorf Astoria Spa Orlando

We had a great stay at the Waldorf and the spa was definitely my favorite! We did a couples massage with Jermaine and John and it’s easily the best massage I’ve had at a nice hotel. Jermaine did mine and I was so relaxed and relieved with the pressure points he worked out. He was very professional and kind as well to make sure the experience was perfect. My husband agreed his massage was the best as well and said John did great. The room was dark and calming with heated masks and heated robes! The heated massage beds were definitely the most comfortable I’ve ever had as well.

I had an incredible experience at the Waldorf Astoria Spa in Orlando, Florida. I give my experience & the spa itself 5 stars! The estheticians and all the spa staff work hard to provide clients at the spa with a memorable , relaxing and great experience at the spa. From the warm welcome and refreshing mocktail upon my arrival at the spa to the friendly tour of the amazing amenities included in my spa visit, my overall experience at the spa was an amazing one! I really enjoyed my visit to the spa at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando. I got a 50 minute massage with Jerome with a focus area on my neck and shoulders to relieve a tension headache. He is clearly a knowledgeable massage therapist and was very professional. The massage was quite good and I left feeling much better with my headache resolved. Facilities were very clean and service within the spa was excellent.

Price was significantly higher after checkout than advertised online because it was a “busy day” despite me being the only one in there, per the fine print dynamic pricing policy. My quoted $240 massage became a $480 total at checkout. The massage was ok, a bit relaxing but did not touch on deeper tissue or muscle. I would not come back or recommend. They need to work on transparency.

Massage was fine. However this is the most expensive spa I’ve been to in the he city without any of the amenities. For less money I have had services at both the Ritz and the Four Seasons spa who offer excellent massages with much more amenities including pool access, cafes, larger lounging areas, dry sauna, etc. All of that aside I would have still given a 3-4 star review; however I scheduled a 50 minute massage and got almost a 40. The masseur while very nice was 5-7 minutes late. No big deal really however he finished about 5 minutes early - I’m only assuming to get back on schedule. Well that cut me out of about 10 minutes and I still had to pay over $300 with included gratuity.
