He doesn't speak the best English and the haircut wasn't exactly what I wanted, but he was FAST. If you take a picture of the haircut you expect and show it too him, he'll knock it out in about 10 minutes or less. His shop smells' amazing, and he has an antique cash register. $14 for a cut, takes 10 minutes or so.
