WashAway Stress Relief Head Spa

I'd like to preface this with a disclaimer that I did not book an appointment or recieve any services here, so I can not speak to that side of the business. This review is solely for the (lack of) customer service and response. After reading the wonderful reviews online, I tried to call and inquire about purchasing gift cards. I called the number listed online 4 times throughout the past 2 weeks and received no answer. I left 2 voicemails with my reason for calling and my contact information, requesting a call back. I tried finding business hours online to make sure I was calling at a time they were open, but could not find any hours, even on the business website. This experience was everything beyond what I imagined. I’ve seen videos on TikTok about these, but getting it done was simply amazing. She explained everything that was going to happen with the service. Not gonna lie, I definitely took a nap during this, which shows how relaxed I am. The staff was sooo nice and welcoming. There was a little mishap with the appointment scheduling(technology doing its thing), but once I contacted her, she responded immediately and we got it squared away. I will definitely be coming back here again!!!

I went to visit Marquetta at WashAway Stress Relief Spot today and it was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and welcoming. I loved how relaxed I felt. I will absolutely be going back. It was the best self care afternoon. While my hair was drying I got water and a snack. Such a cute touch!

I finally made an appointment after seeing Marquetta on Instagram and I’m so glad I did! She is so welcoming and I felt so comfortable. The spa environment was so relaxing and serene. The head spa portion was so relaxing and my hair has never felt so clean! It was the ultimate relaxation that I have been needing. Book your appointment today! I will definitely be back!
