I came to this nail salon for the first time with my 16 year old daughter to get our nails done. The experience was fine, the technicians very quiet and not very friendly, but they did a good job. The second time, I dropped my daughter off and told her I would pick her up when she was finished. When I came back, she looked sad and her eyes were watering. She didn’t want to say anything in front of the staff, so we left. Once we got in the car, she started crying and told me what happened. The technician name Tyler was rude, did not do what she asked, and when she asked a question about her nails, he laughed. She said he then spoke to another technician in Vietnamese while pointing at her and laughing. This was extremely unprofessional and made my daughter feel embarrassed and disrespected

Tom was great. He was so patient with my indecisiveness. He will match your banter/energy. Will def come back & book with him. The shop has nice paintings on the wall, lots of colors to choose from. They offer chrome, mermaid & glitter. Prices are why i came here. They don’t try to nickel & dime you.

I’m sorry but last night was the last time I am coming to this nail salon. I came in as a walk in. Tyler was doing my finger nails and not only left paint on fingers but was way too aggressive with the cuticle trimmer. I told him it was hurting and to please stop and he kept going, even after my cuticle bled. You aren’t supposed to trim live tissue! This morning my cuticles are red and swollen. He also seemed irritated that I was having issues with the gel lamp. I told him it was too hot for some reason- it looked like it had broke at one point and he tried to fix it himself, perhaps this led to the excess heat. He said “I don’t know why” and continued to put my hands in there instead of finding a different one. Felt like it was burning my skin. Not to mention he also didn’t properly get t

My experience was fantastic. It was one of the best pedicures I've had in a LONG time. Kim was great. I appreciated the time she took with me, and at a good price. My first time here, and definitely won't be my last!

My absolute favourite place to get my nails done. Staff is super friendly, they have the BEST quality powders for nail art..and they do not dent into my nails with the drills, or cut my cuticles so that my nails will grow back super fast so I'll have to come back sooner. They make sure even the tips of the nails are coated with gel or polish, and take a long time building and shaping your nails so that they'll last. I hear that half the people drive 20-40 minutes out of their way to come here, and I do the same. Their price for the work they do is incredible. They are open 9am Christmas Eve, close at 5pm. I personally have a horrible record of nails breaking or chipping the same day or week I get them done, but here they go until fill ins without any damages..and my nails don't grow back a
