Best pedicure I've ever had, so perfect! I haven't experienced anything like this in Germany. The salon is very clean and hygienic! I didn't have an appointment, but I was still served immediately today. Vicky is a sweetheart! I highly recommend this salon and look forward to returning to Boston soon and being a customer again💛

So grateful I found this place! I was feeling stressed after the salon I used to go to closed out of nowhere, but the team here welcomed me so kindly. Maggie did my gel color change on my hands, and Amy gave me a beautiful gel pedicure (both were incredibly sweet and professional). They made me feel like I was with family. I am very upset with my experience here. The technician was extremely rough with the Dremel on my cuticles and surrounding skin, which caused nearly every one of my nails to bleed. Instead of stopping, she continued to paint over my nails while they were bleeding and even had me set the gel in the light. At one point, another person used nail glue on the open wound on my index finger to try to stop the bleeding. Cuticles are living tissue and should never be drilled into. The way they used the Dremel was not only painful, but unsafe; my nails were inflamed and irritated for two days afterward. I also left with serious concerns about sanitation, since the bleeding was handled so poorly. This was one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional salon experiences I’ve ever had.

I’ve tried no less than 10 salons in Boston and Waterfront is the absolute best. I go to Maggie for hard gel and I’ll never go anywhere else!! These last me 4 full weeks!

This is the best nail salon in Boston! Ana, Amy, and Maggie are so talented and caring. They make sure to take good care of your nails and will go above and beyond to provide you with a 5 star service. Every time I get my nails done here, I get tons of compliments. I would recommend to everyone!
