This salon is clean, welcoming, and has a relaxing atmosphere that makes the whole experience enjoyable. The technicians take their time and really pay attention to detail, making sure nails come out looking neat and polished. They offer a good variety of colors and styles, and the work holds up well without chipping quickly. The prices are reasonable for the quality of service, and it feels like they genuinely care about their customers. It’s definitely a place I’d come back to for regular nail care

We did not want to have to make this review, because my wife has been coming here for 6 years, happy to drive 30 minutes out of her way for their service. But recently, she got her nails done (mani+pedi) right before we traveled abroad for 6 days. Literally by the next day after getting them done, the nails started to peel. When my wife called as soon as we returned to the States to ask about getting the nails fixed, the owner responded back rudely like she was some criminal, refused to fix them, and told us never to come back again, then hung up on her! It was unbelievable, after 6 years as loyal customers with no problems before. They did say they’d refund us (although we haven’t seen it yet). UPDATE: never got the refund

Waukegan Nails is my favorite nail spot! The staff is always very friendly as their customer service skills are 10/10. The atmosphere is always very clean and relaxing. I always get a simple NO CHIP on my nails but they advised i tried CHROME and i loved it! I have never had a bad experience & to top it off the prices are great. Thank you for all you do! I'll be back in a few weeks. xo

Kim is the best nail tech! I love her esthetic, she’s timely, creative and patient. I use photos of inspo all the time and she knocks it out the park. She’s really good at eyebrows too!

Overall friendly. My boyfriend and I went to get our nails done and he even got his painted. They weren’t judgmental at all about it and we’re actually very excited. I kind of gave them free reign and kind of regretted it a little, but they aren’t horrible and overall kind of cute. I would just bring in a picture and say you want that exactly. $115 with tip : $75 for mine (acrylic) $20 for boyfriend (manicure) $20 tip
