1st TIME CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: Shaz was extremely friendly and welcoming. She asked for my input on how I’ve gotten my brows done in the past and noticed the previous brow bar I was paying x2 the price at —was giving me 2 different shaped brows. With Shaz’s skills, she perfected both back to even and I am really pleased by the results. “The first time I do your brows you will like them, by the 3rd time you’ll love them”- Shaz. I look forward to returning to prove this correct, I already loved the first wax. PARKING: avoid the $9 parking lot next door. Find metered parking for $1.45 across the street.

I was nervous whenever I had my first Brazilian. However, Shaz fixed that right away, she was extremely kind & friendly, she made me feel comfortable. On top of the amazing customer service, she is also very quick with what she does, while still making sure it’s perfect. Most quick and comfortable experience yet! Got a Brazilian wax today and I absolutely loveeeeeee the results and how comfortable I felt with my waxer! This was only my second visit and the results have been amazing each time, already excited for my next appt with Shaz! I used to go to a different location where I felt rushed, uncomfortable, and left in so much pain while paying way too much money for a service that wasn’t even done correctly. Ever since coming to Shaz I have had such a boost of confidence and look forward to getting a Brazilian! She talks me through every step and is very helpful, and the small talk has been amazing as well! Shaz makes sure to get EVERYTHING, and it’s definitely much LESS painful, and for a great price!
