Wax On Wax Off Body Waxing

The one star is warranted, I think this was the worst wax experience I've ever had and I've had a few unfortunately. The owner/waxer did not use gloves while performing a Brazilian which I was so taken aback by that I somehow convinced myself that maybe no one does and was trying to remember past experiences, however it made me extremely uncomfortable. This was following the owner sharing she was an instructor and that they are very diligent in sanitation either in her teachings or in the way she was thought which was quite ironic to say the least. The room was not comfortable, tidy, pleasant to look at, and I was not given time or space to undress nor given a sanitary napkin to use prior which is pretty standard in my experience.
