Angelica is truly amazing at what she does. I’m extremely particular about my eyebrows, and for the longest time it felt impossible to find someone who could get them just right. Most people either over-shape them, make them too thin, or don’t really understand how to work with my natural brow shape. Angelica is one of the very few who not only listens, but genuinely understands how to enhance them without taking too much away. Every single time I see her, she gets them perfect. The shape is always balanced, clean, and flattering to my face. She pays attention to detail and never rushes the process. Diane is amazing!!! She makes you feel so comfortable and safe throughout the entire experience and she has a great memory, she remembered me after only one appointment! I brought my fiancé to our second appointment for him to see what the process looks like (after verifying & making sure that its okay that I bring him during our first appointment) and she was amazing at explaining everything and making us comfortable. I recently moved to Houston and was looking for a trusted service to hopefully become my go to place for my waxing needs. I will be looking no further! The Wax Spot checked every box. The staff, who are all sisters, are extremely hospitable, so sweet. I got a Brazilian done and in no exaggeration, it was not painful at all and I hadn’t waxed in 3 months. Christie did such an amazing job and made the process very comfortable. The place is also very sanitary, she changed sticks and strips very frequently during the service. She also made sure to follow up and ask if I was happy with everything and took the time to go back when I expressed minimal critiques. Definitely check them out. Ladies thank you for taking care of me and I will be sure to see you again soon!
