My husband and I came in for a couples massage and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. One of the therapists repeatedly asked my husband to pay in advance, even after we stated we preferred to pay afterward. I eventually had to firmly insist that we would settle the bill once the service was completed. During the massage, the two therapists talked to each other throughout the session. I had to sit up multiple times and ask them to stop so we could relax and enjoy the experience. It made it very difficult to unwind. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and lackluster. Sadly, we will not be returning.

What an incredible experience and I enjoy my massages here. I drove here from A hours away. I was looking for a way to relax on my Neck and Shoulders because I get really painful tension knots, and it causes headaches. that is exactly what it was, SO relaxing! Particularly Foot Reflexology, it make my foot bottom warm and support comfortable. Harry was so friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I truly enjoyed every part of this experience and will absolutely be back.  They just change the manager, and also make $5 discount, only $40 for every customer. I like that they are always able to accommodate a short notice appointment.  Recommend for everyone people who need deep touch message, that's really an excellent massage service !

This place saved me today. I got a combo; 45 min feet + 45 min body. I didn’t want it to end! My body was so tense and stressed out and this session melted all of that away. Totally relaxed. Here’s the thing: It’s important to understand what this place is. It is a family run shop where English is limited. Be prepared to use the Google Translate app or add in some charades if you have something complex to communicate. The accommodations are adequate and comfortable but not fancy. Otherwise, the people are nice and give great massages. It’s the only place in town (that I know of) where you can pop in and be like “Are y’all available for a massage right now?” Today I had to wait 20 minutes which was reasonable, since I was a walk-in. Terrible first experience. The woman at the front desk greeted us by shaking her head, as if we were either too late or didn’t have an appointment, before saying a single word. She then said she’d have to check if they could help us. She had a cold, unwelcoming demeanor and refused to give us any recommendations, claiming that “everybody’s different.” The place smelled terrible, and the customer service was shockingly unprofessional. We ended up walking out after waiting a few minutes. Don’t waste your money on a business that treats you like an inconvenience.

I recieved a gift card, years ago, and misplaced it. I recently found it and there was no noted expiration. I went in for a massage and they refused to accept the gift card. The front desk called the manager (or maybe she was the owner?) to speak with me and she was extremely dismissive and rude. In the state of Texas, a gift card with no expiration date is considered valid until redeemed. They were legally obligated to honor it, yet refused. Side note: If you book online and come in, the front desk has no idea you have an appointment. Apparently only the manager has access to the online bookings and wasn't there. So you can book an appointment and come in to find they don't actually have availability.
