We Love Hair

Wanted to like it here, however Holly wasn’t very personable matter of fact the interaction was confrontational from the beginning of me coming in the shop. I booked for a wash blow dry and deep condition *sigh* not only did I feel rushed she put me under the dryer with no cap, complained that I still had product in my head withOUT rerinsing me , (mind you SHE WASHED MY HAIR SO SHE SHOULD HAVR SENT ME BACK TO THE BOWL)and also blamed my hair matting because her words “my hair wasn’t combed out before washing my hair” not sure she really knew what she was doing or she really didn’t care none the less her dismissive snarky responses when engaging in conversation to get a better understanding of (my hair matting , product STILL IN MY HAIR after the wash , and no cap for my hair to be deep con

My first time going to the salon, I was really looking forward to it! I had booked an appointment with Halimatu Feika for a trim and she trimmed off More than what she was supposed to! When triming hair it's usually 1/2 an inch not anything more! Not only that she also inform me that she doesn't braid and that I would have to pay her in cash. So I had to walk for 10 minutes to chase to get $60 in cash to top it all off. She informs me that she does not normally work on men's hair! First and last time ever going there to this establishment. First impressions are indelible ones and the one that was left with me will cause me never to do business with this salon ever again! I'm not sure where to start but I wanted this to be my new salon and thought I found my stylist - not! I was a walk in client, met stylist, Holly the evening before and explained what I was looking to do with my hair. I wanted a quick weave or even a lace installation. Holly recommended that I come back and see Willy, the head stylist/owner. After more discussion, Holly convinced me that she was more than able to do my hair the very next day. I was told to buy the hair and hair protectant, and because of Covid, they do not provide the hair. I bought the hair, called Holly with the description, she never mentioned buying additional pack or bundle. The hair pack and protectant came up to $67. Holly alleged she gave me a discount, charged me $150 instead of $170 , I paid $150 plus tip,

My go to salon right here. My best friend put me onto Felicia (NeeCee) and I have not looked back since! Her hands are truly gifted and she really knows how to handle my type 4 hair with ease, especially when blow drying. I got my hair done by her 3 times already — 2 natural flat twist hairstyles and one silk press. I also recommended her to 3 people and they all loved her services. Highly recommend!

Halimatu needs to work on her attitude and she was really stank. I will not be coming back. I liked Willie but I can’t deal with that attitude. Especially if I’m a paying customer.
