Wellington European Day Spa & Let's Face It MD

I had the most amazing experience at Wellington European Day Spa! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The services were top-notch, leaving me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The customer service was exceptional, and I couldn’t be happier with my visit. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a luxurious, rejuvenating experience!

The worst place I’ve been yet! Got my nails done for my twin sisters wedding and they had to be painted 3 times and still came out hideous! They never told me the gel would be $15 extra so when I paid and they tried fixing my nails again, once they tried fixing for the third time they didn’t use the gel. So when I asked for the money refunded they couldn’t do it!!!!! Said due to it processing I would have to wait but could give me a credit. I told her absolutely not I will never be coming back here, so she said to call her once it has been processed, but without card in hand how the heck are they going to process it! For what I paid for I should have done press one and did them myself! I left crying because of how much I spent and couldn’t get a refund back even for the money that they did

First and foremost Kelly C. Did an absolutely awesome job as my massage person!! Highly recommend her. I have one start because I had a gift card of $150 that a friend gave me fur Christmas and the spa was holding that there until I came in with a designated number associated with the gift card. I went and asked if I could take the tip out of that and they said no. Had the massage. When I checked out she said that will be $140. I said nooo I have a gift card if $150. So luckily I had the paper with me with the number on it and she said oh I’ll have to ring it up differently. So it rang up s $125 and the first girl I talked to when I checked in said I have that back to you didn’t I. I looked at her and said no this is the first time I’ve been here. So in the end they left it as $125 with a

What a wonderful place! Samanda at the front desk is such an asset!! She’s warm, welcoming and so efficient. The atmosphere is serene and they have a wonderful shop where they sell lovely gift items. Maria does my pedicures and she is a wonderful person and a wonderful nail tech. The other ladies are great too. This place lowers my blood pressure and makes me happy.

I had an incredible spa treatment at Wellington European Day spa. The atmosphere was relaxing both Kelly and Ibet were amazing. Excellent service from start to finish. I Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great wellness experience!
