I had such a great experience at the nail salon! I got a pedicure with gel and then a light manicure, just a file and cleanup, and everything turned out really nice. It wasn’t busy, which made it even more relaxing. The nail tech who did my manicure was super gentle and took her time making sure my nails looked clean and neat, and they came out looking great! The conversation was easy and enjoyable, and the whole vibe just felt calm and welcoming. I also had my child with me, and even though he was a little irritated at times, she was so patient and knew exactly how to handle the situation, which I really appreciated. I left feeling in such good spirits. I’ve been here multiple times and had different techs, and every experience has been enjoyable in its own way. That’s why I keep coming

I’ve been coming here for a while, and I’ll admit I had an experience recently where I felt like my nails were rushed. However I usually get pretty good service. Instead of brushing it off, I decided to share how I felt, and I’m so glad I did. This time around, she went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. She really took her time, gave me extra service, and didn’t even charge me for it. That meant a lot, because it showed she cared and wanted to make things right. I left very happy with my nails and with the customer service. I appreciate the effort and kindness, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. She wouldn’t even let me give her a tip for going above and beyond.

If this place still had the same owners, I would say definitely come, but with the new owners and the new staff that’s been here absolutely stay away. My nails were in bad shape Within two days of me had just getting them done attempted to come to the salon twice to get them fixed and both times Ana was not there when she specifically was the one that told me to return to get them fixed. This is very upsetting. I’m a very unhappy customer and a paying customer at that Even asked to have my money returned so that that way I can go elsewhere to get them fixed and they refuse to do so do not come to this place absolutely stay away.

Ok so I asked for this inspiration. The nail length was as short as I asked. Just didn’t like the way the shape of the nail polish came out . They weren’t horrible tho I guess

I see why they're not busy anymore. Ridiculous price increase. Used to be $35 for full acrylic tip set & $27 for fills. It's now $45 for full set & $40 for fills. Henry, you did a nice job, but cannot afford this shop anymore. Bye!
