He took the time to assess the condition of my hair, explained what needed to be done, and reassured me that the goal was to restore its health, not just change its length. John is the only person besides my mom that has touched my hair, and he does an amazing job everytime! He has done everything from highlights, color, trims and treatments for me. He recently did an acidic bonding treatment on my hair and my hair feels so soft and looks great. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to hair, and he is very funny.
