What The Hair Beauty Supply

This was my first and last visit. The store layout is very crowded and not intuitive for someone who has never been here before. It reminds me of New York style row/sidewalk shops. The selection is below mediocre. You would be better off going to a mega beauty supply or major chain store. The cashier (an old Asian woman) was quite aggressive and pushy in trying to get me to buy a product I didn’t want. She watches you like a hawk while you shop. There was another customer in the store (Black male) and she asked him like 20 times if he needed help finding something but he kept saying “no”. That’s when I realized what was going on. When I paid for my item, the cashier would not take the cash from my hand and motioned for me to place it on the counter. I understand that some cultures have t

i shop here everyday , i love it here they got everything literally i will drive 30 away just to not go to another beauty supply store!

what the hair beauty supply store is the best hair store i have went to best service even if you are annoying they are always welcoming i literally go everyday even if i am not getting anything they are like friends now

I went in this store yesterday on 10/28/2021 the little old lady that works in the store was watching me and my son the whole time on the camera. As if I was going to steal something. She was asking me if I needed help over and over again. I said no and all of a sudden she comes running up to me and grabbed my purse and looked in it as if I had stolen something. And when I asked her what and why did she do that she tried to change the story and act as if she didn’t do anything wrong. I tried to ask for the manager but they stop asking my call. This needs to stop I’m so tired of these people trying to racial profile us and they need to stop.

I guess the Halloween stuff was just for the cashier friends it was not offer to each person spending there money in the store that alone will make me never spend a dime in this store again the friend didn’t even make a purchase while I was spending my coin and was not even offered a try if it was not for the fact there is a no refund policy I would have returned my purchase will never shop there again today is 10/31/2025 3:29 pm
