Whimsy and Beau Hair Design

I am obsessed with my hair and am so happy that I made the choice to book with Whimsy and Beau. Kristy was my hair stylist and 10/10 recommend! I showed her my inspo photo and she did exactly what I wanted. She answered all my questions and provided recommendations on how to make my hair shine! I haven’t gotten my hair cut in a little over a year and was nervous but am really happy with the results. I’ll be back!

I found myself as a walk-in at Whimsy and Beau as a last ditch effort to find someone to fix my hair that had just been butchered that same day at a different salon. I was greeted by Linda, and although she had no openings to take me in, she empathized with my situation and decided to quickly fix my hair herself. It took her no more than 20 minutes and she managed to take the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life and give me one the best haircuts I’ve ever had. She was so sweet, so kind, and even gave me good advice about the stressful situation I was in. I absolutely recommend Linda and this salon.

I am SO thrilled to have found a home at Whimsy & Beau! Linda cut my hair, and she did an incredible job. She took my long, thick and shapeless hair and gave it beautiful texture that will be easy to style on a daily basis. I didn’t have a full idea of what I wanted or what would look best, but she knew exactly what to do with my hair and gave me the best cut I’ve ever had! Not only that, but she is so friendly and joyful, and her salon is beautiful. It is such a welcoming place to be! I’m so excited for my balayage appointment with Linda later this month!!

I liked the cut but gave a couple reference pictures for brown to blonde ombré color and got an all over kind of ashy color. Was sad and disappointed. I’m kind of shy too but stylist literally said two things to me the entire three hour appointment.

Called multiple times and had to message their text message number multiple times to get an appt. Got an appt scheduled with Megan for 4:30 for a haircut, I arranged a sitter and when I arrived I was told the appointment was for 5. I could either come back or reschedule. I didn’t have the flexibility to stay. Was to told to use an an online system so I could see my appt time better. Not impressed when there are a plethora of other salons with better customer service. Went and double checked my messages and saw it was for 4:30, like I thought.
