They have a variety of items but every time I have gone in here, they watch me like a hawk. Not only that they sold me lip stains that came off in an hour. Some of their products look upscale but their makeup is much to be desired.

i've been a patron for 20+ years but TODAY, the asian lady at the register was RUDE, treated me as though i was an unintelligent being when she didn't have the patience to explain her handwritten receipt. kept sighing and then SHOOED ME OFF!!! unacceptable behavior -- they lost one! there are too many options around the neighborhood.

Nice shop with a fantastic selection. The women in the front are polite and know a lot about different hair textures. I would have given 5 stars but the young woman who works with the wigs and hair extensions is sour and rude. She's a very unpleasant person who knows nothing about hair and gets an attitude when you ask about a brand she's unaware of. Otherwise, this is a nice shop.

Conveniently located but the store on 233rd almost always has the same items for cheaper. this store also has a minimum amount of money you have to spend before using your debit card which is illegal in New York City

The people rhat work here are always rude and never helpful even now she got me standing outside while she opens late no consideration... my last time coming in here i rather shop online ... cuz this staff is not knowledgable only a bunch of rude bitter women ... they hair dont even be done like ? They have no shame its owned by asians but the sad part is all the. Black women that work there to suck their teeth and kiss their teeth and look miserable ... nobody likes them all my friends and clients and family o will be referring elsewhere smh ... there are 3 women standing here ... and we are all discussing how we feel and its unanimous -
