Brought my teen son in for his first cryotherapy session (due to intense work out training ) and was really impressed. The space is clean, calm, and well-organized with private changing areas and a relaxing atmosphere throughout—dim lighting, massage chairs, and what smelled like incense or an air purifier. The staff was kind and made the experience smooth from start to finish. They let him pick his own music (he went with Deftones), gave him headphones, and walked us through everything. First visit totaled out to $25, and their package deals are worth checking out. Plenty of parking and not overly busy. We’ll definitely be coming back!

So I came in here pregnant, and they strongly recommended I skip cryotherapy and the sauna. That was super disappointing, but they're trying to help me protect my baby, which is very touching, and hey, I don't know for sure how safe it is. I met Alyssa and the owner, and everyone there was great. It smelled really good. Their packages were very affordable. So, I tried 2 new things instead. This inflated air pressure thing, Normatec, was really good on my hips. And red light therapy is supposed to be good for inflammation. IDK, but it's very red, lol. They were generous with the treatments since they steered me away from what I wanted to do, and I had a little nap at one point that was so nice! My son even loves the kids salt cabin and it keeps him healthy during the allergy and school season. Ashlie is absolutely amazing!
