The ambiance of the spa is calming, with soft music playing in the background and a soothing aroma filling the air. I started with a facial, and my esthetician was not only highly skilled and attentive to my skin concerns. She explained each step of the process and recommended products tailored to my skin type, which I really appreciated. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing. After my facial, I had waxing done, which can be quite a personal and intimate service. The esthetician was extremely professional and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. She was thorough and ensured that I was comfortable at all times, which made a potentially awkward experience surprisingly pleasant. The facilities at Wilmington Wellness Spa are top-notch, clean, and well-maintained.
