Wilton Barber Shop

Been going here forever never had a problem. Anyone complaining in the comments doesn't understand how barbershops work nor can communicate. Any of their loyal customers won't go anywhere else. Exactly the reason why they have enough customers other have to wait like a normal shop. Never have an issue never have and never have had communication problems I speak english and we make out fine. 5 stars to any of the barbers.

DONT GO HERE PLS!!! I went here to get a simple fade and cut a little on top.This guy took like 10 minutes cutting my hair and I had a lot of hair. He didn’t use scissors to trim the hair to make it even he just went as fast as possible.I came out and I hated how he cut my hair. He also charges the same amount as other barbers that actually do a good job.

Went this Barber Shop recently for a hair cut to see if they have gotten better since my last visit, but they are even worse now. Last time I waited four hours, but got a hair cut. This time I showed up at 10Am they told me to come back at 1p. I went back at 1p sharp and they told to come back tomorrow. Of course I did not. They have good barbers, but issues with language barrier appears to affects their service quality.

If I could give 0 stars I would went there for a eyebrow cut, but had some questions about it when I walked through the door nobody said hi they just stared at me, and didn’t even smile, a customer kindly gave me his sit, and I just had a question about the eyebrow cut, had to wait till one of the guys stopped doing what he was doing to drink water and I had to approach him, when I did they weren’t friendly at all. Asked him if he could do it, and he asked his peer, his peer complained to my face about how busy he was and said he was going to try. I understand I have to wait but they didn’t even give me an estimated time. I decided to walk out. This people aren’t professional at all and it’s not because of the lenguaje barrier since I speak Spanish as well, they’re just not professional.

This is a bad place to go to, to get a hair cut I went in yesterday to a new barber I haven’t went to before and they messed up my hair and they were trying to scam me for my money also on top of it I told him how I wanted my hair he constantly said I wanna do it my way and I went home and they was chunks of my hair that hasn’t gotten cut and I had a birthday party to go to the same day they should really care about there costumers it’s very up setting and this should be taken care of
