I hate leaving bad reviews, and I’ve gone back and forth about whether to say anything, but I feel the need to share my experience. Before I left my last service I spoke with the lady in the front and all she said was did you tell anyone ? And we can give you a new tech. I’ve been coming here since the business was on Richmond Ave and followed them when they moved to Jefferson. Over the years, I’ve consistently purchased lash packages and have bought several facial packages as well. Lately, I no longer feel welcomed as a client. It feels very transactional, as if the focus is more on money than customer care, which is disappointing considering how loyal I’ve been. I also tip very well, especially because these services involve my face and eyes. One of my biggest concerns is cleanliness.

Second time coming here and I don’t have any issues. I’ve gotten my service done by Jessica and both times my extensions came out great & lasted over a month. Will continue to come here. It’s definitely convenient since I live in the area as well.

This is my second time at this studio on Jefferson. The results of the lash lift and tint were great.. I want to mention though I booked with one technician and ended up with someone else. Also, being that your eyes are obviously closed, if there's something that could be startling or uncomfortable if they could mention it so you're not taken aback by it. Maybe explain what to expect so that you are not startled.

Love this salon. My lashes are always beautiful because of my technician Michelle She’s so talented and professional. I would recommend to anyone.
