I had a lash lift and tint and a brow wax and tint with Shelby at Wink Lashes, and the entire experience was honestly incredible. From the moment I sat down, she was so kind and welcoming, and she immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in the services I was getting. She took the time to really educate me about every step, explaining what she was doing and why, and she answered all of my questions with so much patience, even when I asked the same things more than once. The results were beautiful, my lashes looked lifted and curled in the most natural way, and my brows came out clean, shaped, and perfectly tinted. I love this place! Brooke is fantastic and I have been her client for nearly two years. I have had one appt with Natalie and will schedule more with her in the future. The owner, Quinn, is often there and greets everyone coming through the door. I have had the most interaction with receptionist Riley. She is the perfect face to represent the Midtown location.

Cecilia did a phenomenal job putting a hybrid set of lashes on me. The difference is insane and I love them so much. This was my first time getting my lashes done and I’m so happy with how they turned out

Always enjoy my experiences here from booking with Riley or Hannah who are so extremely kind and helpful, to my fills or touch ups with Natalie! I’ve also had great experiences with Macie or Silvia. Literally all the girls here are so wonderful and welcoming I could not recommend more! Love my lashes each time! I’ve also tried permanent makeup with Natalie and brow lamination, she literally kills it every time and I always leave feeling so refreshed and confident! Unfortunately, I had to edit my review today. I always book with cass and it was really great at first. Now that I’ve been coming here almost a year things have been changing. Today I was in for a 40 minute refill. However, I was checked out at 30 minutes after my appointment started. So a whole 10 minutes were lost that I paid for. This is not the first time she has gotten me out of there early. I’ve been paying more attention to the time the last few appointments and each appointment I’ve been out of there before my scheduled 40 minutes.. very disappointed . I will no longer be returning to cass anymore. Hopefully in the future this stops happening because it has also happened with a few other people at this location and the other location.
