They have good inventory (wigs, bundles, hair products, jewelry, makeup) however a lot of the most common beauty items are very over priced. I recommend double checking it before purchasing it. They have a 7 day return policy but you need the itemized receipt which sometimes if it’s the older gentlemen (his attitude/tone is another problem) he doesn’t provide it. The staff in front are very helpful and it’s a ok place to go if you need something quickly.

I went in there to get a blackblue and was helped by a young lady but she had no knowledge of ANYTHING as she had me buy ONLY the color and my self didnt know I needed a developer and even asked her that’s all I need for this and for my hair since it is CURRENTLY GREEN RIGHT? She told thats all I needed,m. Went home to do my hair and had the stuff in my hair then to call the store and speak to the manager on duty today 07/30/22 to tell him what happened and he literally told me he don’t care he gonna go with whatever his employee said happened yet she wrong and the manager has terrible customer service, all I wanted was this to get fixed but NEVER SHOPPING there again and said because I loved that store but cool I’ll take my business elsewhere!!!!!

Friendly staff, and so many options of makeup/beauty goods. They also sell tons of hair care items & tampons/pads. A great local alternative to the purgatory that is Walgreens across the street

Guy at the register was nice and helpful. Lady that was working the floor was polite. Most importantly they don’t follow you around/assume you’re stealing like some stores (New Galaxy). Good experience overall.

Good selection. Good prices
